Two Valtoron creations in the last three days, I most be slipping.  And you'd be right, normally I don't like showcasing builders work back to back.  But these Spanish brothers are doing something right.  La Latina 900 is another fine example of the craftsmanship produced by these genius metal smiths.

Based out of Portland, Oregon, the group at Instrument is not what you would call your traditional bike builders.  Quit frankly I am not sure how you would describe Instrument other then to say its a group of creative digital geniuses.  And as luck would have it they also share our passion for bikes.  This CB750 based custom has body work inspired by a mac and an instrument cluster that seconds as an iPhone.

The first time I heard about Classified Moto, it had nothing to do with their custom bikes oddly enough, and everything to do with their custom lamps. This 1971 Honda CB350 custom ("Blue") was built by Analog Motorcycles in Illinois, U.S.A.  While maintaining some of the original equipment, such as the classic drum brakes, Blue has been cleaned up in all the right places.  By removing the stock air box, side covers, and fenders Analog has but together a tidy little tarmac thrasher.

This little Yamaha has the quintessential lines you'd expect in a stripped down café racer.  The Ohlins rear suspension sure doesn't hurt either.
